Caswell Design is a Harrogate based practice that has worked in all areas of the UK.  Caswell Design concentrates on the re-design and re-modelling of family homes to accommodate the changing needs of family life.

Caswell Design has completed many projects including, two storey extensions, garden rooms, loft conversions, porch designs,  and the re-modelling of interior spaces to suit the client’s specific requirements.

The initial consultation is free.  This provides a meeting where ideas and the parameters of the planning and building regulation laws can be discussed.   Once a survey has been completed, Caswell Design provides alternative schemes for discussion.  This leads to a final design being completed and taken into the planning process.

Technical working drawings are then used to tender for a builder and to provide the contractor with the exact requirements that the client and building control requires.
